Jessi Uland

Jessi’s life has always revolved around health and fitness. Over the course of 15 years, she actively participated as a competitive gymnast. Her athletic journey continued through college, where she excelled in basketball, track and field. Currently, she dedicates her efforts to preparing for full marathons, ultra marathons and Ironman 70.3.

In terms of qualifications, Jessi boasts an impressive array of certifications. She is a certified personal trainer recognized by the International Sports and Science Association. Furthermore, she holds the title of a certified yoga instructor from CorePower Yoga and is certified in CPR by the Red Cross. Her expertise extends to TRX and Barre as well.

Jessi’s sports and fitness background is remarkably diverse, enriching her sessions with a blend of experience and enthusiasm. Her sessions are designed to be enjoyable and engaging, reflecting her varied background. Beyond her fitness endeavors, Jessi is also a devoted mother to her daughter and son, who might occasionally join her classes.
