I’ve been in and around fitness and sports most of my life. I’ve also been on the other side of fitness, lazy, with no drive or energy, and just always felt down and out. A little over two years ago after I turned 40 my doctor basically told me I was in the worst shape of my life, bad kidneys, liver, heart, cholesterol and you name it, anything else. I decided to make an instant change, it was a challenge I would not lose.
I want to help those who need a push, some knowledge, and someone to help hold them accountable. This type of training will be specific to those dads who need to step it up and become a better version of themselves.
I also offer a youth program to those in Jr. High, High School, and college who also need help called Intro to Weights and Plates.
We can do this together.
